Located conveniently inside Gate #2 of the State Fairgrounds, the Gus R. Douglass Annex, is ideal for many events. Boasting multiple offices, a covered wrap-around porch and 4,000 square feet of exhibit space, the Gus R. Douglass Annex is a perfect choice for trade shows, business seminars, auctions and more. The Annex Building is climate controlled, with a large kitchen that includes a walk up service counter.
