The Cecil H. Underwood Youth Center enjoys a prominent location on the State Fairgrounds. Your guests will appreciate the brick courtyard and covered portico as they enter under the gracious clock tower. Divided into two distinct wings, East & West, you have the option of renting just one wing or the entire building. The UYC is hard wired with a sound system (ideal for guest speakers and presenters), is climate controlled, and has a kitchen in the center of the building with a walk up service counter.
UYC-East Wing:

- Dropped ceiling for easy decorating and acoustics
- Comfortably seat for 250 guests with tables and chairs

UYC Building:
When you rent the entire Cecil H. Underwood Youth Center you receive all of the features of the above two wings, over 9,500 square feet of space, and the comfort of knowing that your attendees will be quite comfortable as they move around the entire facility. Parking is a breeze and the covered entry ways on both the North & South entrances of the building make arriving to the event more comfortable.
